Private classes can accommodate students from any level, which is why the Class Template for Private Class is not tied to any specific level but rather to their own "Private" level.
Any student, regardless of their current level, can enrol in a private class.
Once a student's level is defined, it must be updated in their profile under "Current Level"
For example, the following will read in the Student profile for a student enrolled in a private class (In Student Details, Level Section):
-
The Enrolled Level is "Private."
-
The Current Level reflects the student's specific level, e.g., "Level SA-L1."
To create a private class, we need to follow three steps:
-
Create a Level: Create a level called "Private."
-
Create a Class Template: Create a class template called "Private."
-
Create a Class: Using the template, create a class named "Private."
The only difference with a regular group class is:
-Class Capacity
-Price (Private classes are usually more expensive)
-Class Level (PRIVATE level should be selected)
In the event of two students (Siblings) wanting to attend the same private class, Staff will need to manually adjust the class capacity.
