In contrast to a class template, a class will contain specific information unique to that particular class.
The Add a Class page has two sections:
1. Template
2. Class information
Template:
We will select the specific template for the required class/level.
The rest of the Fields will auto-populate.
Class information:
This is where we set the specific information for individual classes, such as:
Instructor
Day/time
Start date
Recurrence
Pool Area
Program Type
NOTE:
Price: We can override the price defined in the class template.
2. Click on + CLASS
3. Class creation Page
The Class creation page has two sections:
-Class Template
-Class information
In Class Template section, select a Template from the list in the drop-down menu and the rest of the fields for that section will pre fill.
Then continue completing the fields for Class information.
4. Recurrence
When you click on Recurrence, if you select Weekly, a "Choose Date" field will appear next to the Recurrence field.
5. Date
In this field you need to Choose the Class Start Date
6. Click on SAVE
