To create a New Student Assessment Class, we need to follow two steps:

Note: Before these steps, there is an additional step required: creating the level "New Student Assessment." The guide to create this level can be found here:

1. CREATE A NEW STUDENT ASSESSMENT CLASS TEMPLATE
Go to classes
2. Click on CLASS TEMPLATE
3. Click on + TEMPLATE
4. Complete all the Required Fields
- Name: This is the name that will be displayed in the Member's portal
- Duration
- Price: set it to $0
- Session
- Level: Select "NEW STUDENT ASSESSMENT" Level
5. NOTE: Template Level
Please make sure the Level selected is "NEW STUDENT ASSESSMENT" before you save the details.
6. Click on SAVE
7. CREATE A NEW STUDENT ASSESSMENT CLASS
Click on Classes
8. Click on + CLASS
9. Complete all the required Fields
Class Template Section
Select the previously created NEW STUDENT ASSESSMENT template from the drop down. the rest of the fields from this section will auto complete.
Class Information section
Complete all the required fields to create Specific classes:
- Instructor
- Program Type: Select "New Student Assessment." When this program type is selected, the system recognises it and displays the correct information for the user during enrollment. This includes no payment required and a class price of $0.
- Price
- Start time/end time/capacity/area
- Recurrence
- Date: this indicates the first lesson date.
10. Click on SAVE
